Alex Koh 许志明

Chief Executive Officer

With more than two decades at Innovax Systems, Alex has been instrumental in shaping the company’s technology strategy and product innovation. Having led research and development for many years as Chief Technology Officer, he played a pivotal role in the evolution of OpsCentral into a modern AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement platform.

As Chief Executive Officer, Alex leads Innovax’s vision to help organisations embrace AI, cloud communications, and digital transformation while continuing to deliver innovative solutions that solve real business challenges. Alex holds a First-Class Honour’s Degree in Applied Science and a Master’s in Philosophy in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Patrick Tan 陈经纬

President & Director

As the founder of Innovax Systems, Patrick has guided the company since its establishment in 1998 with a steadfast commitment to innovation, sustainable growth, and customer success.

Drawing on his experience in business development, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, Patrick oversees the company’s strategic direction, finance, and human resources, ensuring Innovax continues to grow while maintaining a strong culture of excellence and integrity. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Accounting from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Mark Narita 成田豪平

Chairman

Mark brings extensive international business and technology experience spanning Australia and Japan. Prior to joining Innovax Systems, he worked with global organisations including Nissan and Toshiba before founding ISD-Japan, a successful software and IT consulting firm. His entrepreneurial background and strategic leadership continue to provide valuable guidance as Innovax expands its regional presence and technology capabilities. Mark holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from the University of Melbourne.

Dave Chan Cheow Hong 曾昭豐

Director

Dave contributes more than three decades of executive leadership across engineering, manufacturing, retail, and property management. His experience leading organisations across Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, ASEAN, and Singapore provides valuable strategic insight into business growth, operational excellence, and regional expansion. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science from the National University of Singapore.

Walter Ong 翁书海

Director

Walter has extensive experience in enterprise information systems consulting, solution design, and digital transformation. Having worked with leading organisations including Siemens and Surbana Jurong across Singapore and China, he provides strategic guidance that supports Innovax's continued innovation and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions. Walter holds a Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning from University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore.

Ravindran Ramasamy 拉韦德兰

Advisor

A founding member and trusted advisor of Innovax Systems, Ravindran provides strategic counsel on corporate governance, legal affairs, and regulatory compliance. His decades of experience advising boards, directors, and senior executives help ensure the company maintains the highest standards of governance while supporting long-term sustainable growth. He was a Member of Parliament for the Marine Parade GRC and the Bukit Timah GRC and holds a LL B (Hons) and a LL M from the National University of Singapore.
