Innovax Systems develops the award winning contact centre suite OpsCentral and is a leading provider of systems development and integration of end to end integrated AI powered contact centre solutions and web-based applications.

Headquartered in Singapore, Innovax Systems has offices and partners throughout Asia. Innovax Systems’ proprietary software and solutions includes computer telephony integration (CTI), AI powered multi-channel contact centre management solutions, customer relationship management (CRM), and backend enterprise system integration.

The OpsCentral platform combines advanced features such as Conversational AI, AI Analytics, Generative AI, Knowledge Management, Auto Language Detection & Translation plus many other features to create a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Management

Mark Narita 成田豪平

Chairman

Mark graduated from University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree in 1982. Mark has more than 15 years of experience in the information technology industry and has worked with major Japanese corporations such as Nissan and Toshiba in Australia and Japan before starting his own company ISD-Japan, a software and IT consulting firm based in Tokyo in 1990. McCann Erickson, an IPG company acquired majority shareholding in ISD-Japan in 1998.

Alex Koh 许志明

Chief Executive Officer

Alex Koh launched his career at Innovax Systems in 2000, rising to Chief Technology Officer in 2003 and joining the board of directors in 2005. His focus on research and development has driven innovation and product relevance. Promoted to Chief Executive Officer in November 2024, he will leverage his experience to lead the company’s next growth phase. He holds a First-Class Honour’s Degree in Applied Science and a Master’s in Philosophy in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Patrick Tan 陈经纬

President & Director

Patrick Tan established Innovax Systems in 1998 and guides the company as its President. With experience in the building and oil & gas industries, his background spans marketing and mergers & acquisitions. He actively oversees Finance and Human Resources, ensuring strong fiscal management and corporate culture. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Accounting from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Dave Chan Cheow Hong 曾昭豐

Director

Dave brings over three decades of leadership experience across engineering and corporate sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science from the National University of Singapore. He has led companies in manufacturing, retail and property management in senior management and as Group CEO, and his international experience spans Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and ASEAN.

Walter Ong 翁书海

Director

Walter Ong is a Director of Innovax Systems. He has a Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning from University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. Walter has extensive experience in information systems consulting, design and implementation, and has worked for corporations such as Siemens and Surbana Jurong in Singapore and China.

Ravindran Ramasamy 拉韦德兰

Advisor

R. Ravindran is a founding member and advisor of Innovax Systems. He is a practicing lawyer with CNPLaw LLP and has advised directors and CEOs on laws pertaining to directors' duties and corporate governance. He was a Member of Parliament for the Marine Parade GRC and the Bukit Timah GRC and holds a LL B (Hons) and a LL M from the National University of Singapore.
